International Latin Jazz & Arts Festival is not just a music festival, it's an opportunity to experience "all things Latin", including food!   We are looking for food vendors who can offer unique food to our guests that will pair nicely with the music and beverages.

LATIN CUISINE - FOOD VENDORS

PRICE FOR FOOD BOOTH - $500 TO $800 / DAY & INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: 

  1. FOOD BOOTH / STRUCTURE (8' X 8' or 8' X 12' - approval required) 
  2. FOOD PERMITS SPECIFICALLY FOR ILJA FESTIVAL (required by COSA Health Dept.)
  3. 1 - 110v PROVIDED FOR LIGHTS ONLY - PROPANE MUST BE USED FOR COOKING


  • NO REFRIGERATORS OR FREEZERS ALLOWED / ICE CHESTS WITH FOOD PRODUCT ONLY.  ICE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON SITE.
  • SALE OR DISTRIBUTION OF BEVERAGES PROHIBITED (exception - Aguas Frescas)
  • MUST POST ALL PRICES & ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS
  • NO REFUNDS - NO RAIN DATES
